There are several objectives in the implementation of the PRS to the Department. Among them are;
2.1 Data

With this system, can share all
information among the members. Not only they can collect the information
immediately but also they can save all data and put in one data center. In this
regards, hope that sharing this information can strengthen the cooperation
between the members where the collaboration online can be performed without
taken place.
2.2 Create

To assist the administration of
Narcotic Department to be more efficient and improve the ability of
communication between members.
2.3 Data
Gathering
All information contained in this
system can be shared with other users. This means that all officers around the
country will receive and provide fast and accurate information at any time.
Moreover, with the availability of this information sharing can help in terms
of intelligence and raids.
2.4 Storage
Process
With this system, the Administration
does not need to keep all the information manually. Previously, they had to
provide room and cabinets to keep all related files.
The main function of PRS are:
- Coordinate the updating, storing and analyzing data.
- Provide information infrastructure for investigation.
- Provides easy access to the higher authorities.
